Learn how to set up effective nRich™ promotions in SpeedMedia™. Drive Player Growth with nRich provides students with the insight needed to successfully integrate nRich into casino Marketing programs. Students will learn how to set up nRich promotions and perform a post-analysis using the related reports to determine the success of their efforts. Creating machine and player groups, building and deploying nRich media packages, Rule management, promotion setup, and evaluation reports will also be discussed. This course is intended for those who currently use nRich Promotions in their regular job role, or will be deploying nRich promotions in the future to roll out their marketing strategy.

The Pit Operations Workshop covering both Pit and Cage Management is designed for students to gain an understanding the roles of Pit, Cage, Soft Count, and Audit personnel in the casino environment. Students will have the opportunity to apply their new knowledge and skills gained through hands-on exercises with real-time data as they relate to the daily practices of the Pit, Cage, Soft Count, and Audit operations.

Discover and explore Cage, Credit, and Soft Count Operations, as well as PitBOSS Audit procedures, and Trackit.

The Slot Audit Workshop is designed to increase student knowledge of the role of the Slot Revenue Auditor and Auditing Supervisor in the casino environment. During class, students will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on exercises with live data as they relate to the daily practices of slot auditing in BlackBart™. This interactive course is designed for casino personnel who would like to gain a better understanding of casino audit practices, and for those who deal with auditing and accounting regularly in their roles.

Class topics include an introduction to BlackBart, the drop and the count room, slot audit concepts, Administrator™ for Oasis 360 configurations, performing an audit, and analyzing variance reports. In addition, a review of the daily audit processes, explanation of Meter Comparison, Multi-Game Accounting, machine moves, and BlackBart’s interactions with Oasis 360 are also discussed.

The class provides the fundamentals of progressive management using ONE LINK™. The student will learn about creating and managing progressive levels and slot machines, as well as running reports in the application.
Discover the basic functions and learn the hidden secrets of successfully deploying ONE LINK Progressives on your casino floor. Practice the various methods for creating, managing, and deploying Progressive Levels on your slots. In addition, gain knowledge on how to properly add new hardware and authorize new machines for participation in existing progressives. Identify the various reports associated with progressive level management in the ONE LINK application.
