Games and Progressives Troubleshooting

Description

The Games and Progressives Troubleshooting class focuses on techniques and procedures used for troubleshooting Aristocrat games and progressives issues on the gaming floor. Students will learn the eight-step methodology of troubleshooting, as well as demonstrate their competence during hands-on activities, demonstrations, and discussions.

Prerequisite

Students should take the Aristocrat Games Workshop and the Progressives Workshop prior to attending this class.

What to Expect

This is an activity-based class intended for students who have firsthand experience with, and need to support games, software, or hardware systems on the gaming floor. Come ready to participate and engage, as you enhance your knowledge on troubleshooting techniques for Aristocrat games and progressives.
